King Arthur Stone, Slaughter Bridge, Cornwall, in 1974. UK, is on the site of the legendary battle of Camlann. The stone, inscribed in Latin reads “LATINI IC IACIT FILIUS MA--RI". Another indecipherable text in runic Ogham letters dates it to the 6th century. The stone now seems in a poor state.
