For scale, the mountain below the cloud is 1550 meters higher than its surroundings. Cumulus congestus at least 6000 meters high above highest mountain in Provence, Mont Ventoux. Ventoux rises over 1550 meters above its surroundings. In the storms of spring/summer 2018 these clouds formed daily.
